42% is the # of players that have hit the portal this year and have not


found a landing spot with another team. Saw this on Packer and Durham yesterday and believe that # is correct. So all those kids have basically flushed a free education for nothing. Im in favor of the portal as a whole, but it can be argued that it has hurt as many as it has helped.

I think the best path forward for the portal is with some restrictions and I think some are probably coming. Making it just a little more difficult to transfer may not be a bad thing overall
